TSN is reporting several of the top free
agents on the market have already signed deals.


Daniel Briere-Philadelphia Flyers 8-years $52 million


Jason Blake-Toronto Maple Leafs 4-years $20 million


Scott Gomez-New York Rangers 7-years $51.5 million


Chris Drury-New York Rangers 5-years $35.25 million




these are just a portion of the contracts mentioned to already have
been signed as of early evening.

5 years for Blake? That's not smart, IMO.

Man, these contracts have been insanely long. Suddenly a 10yr contract to DiPietro doesn't sound all that insane... Or was it 15 years?
