I guess they finally decided to heed the advice of yours truely (everyone loves dilusions of grandeur) and do the only logical thing...take their product to the masses in a way that only a 50,000 watt juggernaut can do...

Some of you might have fond memories of est1967.com.    We know we do.  It was a place where people had open and honest discussion about the Blues and hockey in general....then as fast as as Al MacInnis slapshot, it was gone.

Perhaps our memories have grown fonder over the years.  Perhaps we reminisce fondly of the old est1967 because it had a short shelf life and never became stale.   Whatever the reason, it's back...and better than ever.

Over time, most forums become stale, but that's the exact reason we want to do things differently.   We want the users to have MORE control over your forum, not less.   We want to have MORE input, not less.

Yes, we will have some rules.   I don't think you'll find many internet forums that allow child pornography.   That's no different here.    What is different is that we don't want to control what you post and discuss.   We don’t want to tell you that you can’t say ‘fuck’ or ‘shit’.   Those are not only standard words in the English dictionary, but highly technical hockey terms. 

We're est1967.com, and we're back.
