Tom Stillman, owner and CEO of Summit Distributing is the new partner.   He has deep roots in the St. Louis area, as his wife is the daughter of Jack Danforth.   

I can only hope that this will help eliminate some of the rumors that SCP was only in this thing for a quick profit.
